Assuming that this is a stock air intake system and you don't have a K & N filter that has been over oiled, or a restricted air filter.

You are going to need to get a decent OBDII scanner capable of live data to check things. First thing I would do with a scanner is to check to see if you are running in a closed loop or open loop condition. Closed loop means that the sensors for emissions control are in control of the F.I. system, open loop means that the pre programmed settings are running things. If in closed loop I would check the engine coolant temp / temp sensor to see if she is at operating temp.. 190 ish. The sensor that shows the coolant temp for the instrument cluster is a different sensor than the sensor for the computer. If the ECT reading via the scanner shows 100 degrees and the dash gauge shows normal I would suspect a malfunctioning ECT for the computer. After that I would check fuel trims. I would suspect that the short term fuel trims would be -25% or more. If so, disconnect the line from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, plug it and watch the fuel trims to see if they start to go positive. If they do I would suspect that the charcoal is saturated with gasoline. If there is no change, rev the motor to 2000 - 2200 rpm and watch the MAF sensor reading to see if it moves. It should.

As you can see there is more than one thing that can cause the rich condition, I have only touched on a few of the things... you might get lucky randomly putting parts into her but more than likely not.

A rich code is more rare than a lean code. My thoughts would be a dirty MAF, failing o2, or incorrect o2 sensor part number. They used 2 different kinds over the years- a wideband and narrowband. Or fuel injector(s) stuck partially open. Try a real strong round of injector cleaner.
