Discount Tire (local shop) and TPMS

Just thought of this. I have ordered a set of new tires at my local direct tire store, they’ll call when they arrive and schedule a time to put them on. Does anyone have any first hand experience with getting New tires and the TPMS sensors. I’ve never had TPMS, will it work with the new tires too? I assume so, but does Direct Tire know how to get it working or do I have to go to the Toyota dealership to get these tires put on? Thoughts?
