Here're a couple before/after pics of cab mount body damage on my 96 Xtracab.

In the before, you can see the body lift pillar punched up into the cab mounting pad. Diagnoses: body lift focusing the stresses of overloading the cab over miles of washboard caused fatigue and cracking. By overloading, I mean a heavy spare tire and hi-lift on the roof rack rocking back and forth. All four cab mounts had some degree of cracking. The radiator and bed mounts were OK.

In the after, you can see the new reinforcement welded in, along with spiffy new polyurethane stock style body mounts. We'll see how this holds up.

Props to Goin Straight Wheel Alignment in Portland OR for taking this on for me.
