Hello! I am shopping for a new tacoma... been waiting for the 2020's to come out because i have an old back injury that i need the adjustability in the seat the the new tacoma has. However,... i test drove a trd sport the other day... and i noticed that althought the seat adjusts and you can get it to where you want..... the padding on it or lack of padding or perhaps quality of padding hurt my butt and it started to feel not so good after only a test drive. Ive read the forums about this and seen that this has been a common prob as well. However,... i did see on that on one of the toyota pages... i can order just the padding that goes on the 4 runner driver seat. (4 runner seat i feel is pretty dang comfy). do you think the dealership or an auto place could just simply switch the padding? I dont think a switch of foam padding would mess with any airbags or sensors or anything but im guessing you all would have a better idea than me. Please comment on if switching the foam would be a simple endeavor, thank you.
