I recently installed Spyder headlights on my Tacoma. When I was done I checked over everything and noticed that my low beams we're not on with my high beams. Is that normal? If so how do I get them both to work at the same time.

That is normal, the trucks only send power to one wire at a time. An oem headlight, has two filaments, one for high, one for low. Same goes for the fog light relay, it will shut off when high beams are on, unless wired to always have power at the ready.

The spider headlights, (assuming you have ones that have separate high and low beam bulbs) you only noticed it now.

You can get a module called a “Brite-box” that will allow both bulbs/beams to be on at the same time.
I forget who sells those, and they might be bulb specific, but some simple searching should give you answers.

Thank you so much! The lights do have separate bulbs for high and low. So they alternated on low and high on the OEM lights too
