Snake oil. Our engines run port injection every so often.

The truck runs a self cleaning cycle at idle, wouldn't bother with that stuff.

Just about all branded gasoline for sale in the United States has cleaning agents already in it.

Those are for carbed motors, to keep the buildup on the jets down. Modern FI there is no point

3rd gen 6cyl ran crappy until Chevron Techroline ran thru + disconnect battery / reconnect. Don't know exactly why but it finally feels like an almost normal driving vehicle

I use Sea Foam which is similar in my 1994 I/O boat with a 2bbl carb and in a 20 Y/O lawn mower and it does a great job. In my fuel injected vehicles, no. It's not snake oil, it just has it's applications.

I say stop making the truck for something it is not, drive the sucker and it gets better with miles driven. Our trucks do not need additives added to the gas, real your manual, the trucks goes into a clean mode on its own. You have a new truck, do not screw it up. My 2 cents
