    I’m geeking out earlier on some shit and had to look up sodium citrate. Sodium citrate is the salt that’s added to solid cheese to make it into that liquidy and creamy goodness we all love to hate. But it blew my damn mind when I saw molecular formula literally fucking spells out “nacho”
