2019 Quicksand Tacoma TRD Off Road

Hi I have a 2019 Tacoma. Looking to put in an IronMan Foam Cell Pro 2.5” lift. I am wanting to run 295/75/17 tires. What offset wheels should I go with? Also what shops are recommend near me?

I’m looking for a shop that are good with cmc and can do the cutting for me to fit the tires I want.
