So I installed some new blistein 5100s on the front of my truck today, everything went well except it looks like the shop I had swap the struts for me forgot/removed the spacers under the top hat, which means now the top of the strut no longer sits on the top spacers, but is a half inch above it. Obviously, this needs fixed. I really don't feel like doing the job again in the morning, but I need the truck Monday for work. I guess for now, does anyone think it'd cause problems down the road if instead of installing spacers under the top hat, I put some rubber spacers on top under the nut, just so it doesn't jiggle around until I can fix it in a week?

Imo, I wouldn’t drive the on something installed incorrectly. Hate to see you damage brand new parts.
