99 won't start after refuel

    No, unfortunately. I tried knocking on the fuel tank but that didn't do it either. I will have to go get a new fuel pump or go to the mechanic, because my commuter car is also acting up now with it's its own set of issues, and I need a quick, solid solution. Thank you all for the suggestions, I have tried nearly everything, except for testing the charcoal canister and the solution of course. I will keep posted, but it's going to be a week at least before I can go round 2 on the battle.
