2nd gen high mileage maintenance

My 05 SR5 PreRunner is about to hit 240K miles. I've been searching around for high mileage maintenance schedules but so far I haven't found anything helpful. Does anyone know what needs to be done?

 

It's on 05, besides regular maintenance, might want to hook the shop air compressor to test cyliders 5 and 6 and look for bubbles in coolant to see if the faulty head gasket failed yet. Your best diag tool on 05's is your ear. The minute you hear water rushing under the dash cam n first start up, you know your head gasket is failing.

 

240K? Keep doing what you've been doing, it's obviously worked so far. Just have to keep a better eye on leaks and suspension wear/tear as they will creep up on you.
