I have the 5* sliders from RCI. They are sturdy as hell. installation was easy, and I would trust those sliders to smack into anything and keep going. But they honestly suck as steps. I only have about 1.6 inches of lift in the front from King coilovers to level out the truck and I honestly find myself just stepping over them to get into the truck 97% of the time. My wife is aobut 2 inches shorter than me and she doesn't even really need them either and she finds that they just get in the way of getting in more than they help. My problem is I live in Georgia, most people are pretty cheap here when it comes to "modifications" so removing them and getting any kind of a good deal selling them to someone else is pretty much a pipe dream.

Here are some photos of how far our 0-degree rock sliders stick out from the cab just so you can have a measurement!

Please let me know if you have any questions! We currently are holding an inventory of sliders so no long lead times!

Why don't you ask one of our slider vendors to build you a custom set with a -10* angle. That's right negative. It would be a true slider but lower than the frame. Should be just as solid. Should be a very simple mod to the slider rail. Sure one of our guys would build it. I bet avid would

Yes, for instance, a raw set of bolt-on rock sliders is $650, if you want filler plates add $150. Usually what I recommend if you are looking to save some money is to get them raw and paint them yourself.

Please let me know if I can be of any other assistant :D
