So nothing is currently wrong with my body mounts.

But I’ve been reading about poly body mounts, and was considering swapping my stock ones. Kind of like preventative maintenance.

Does anyone use them? Any info or reviews? Any regrets? Or does anyone feel like they are completely unnecessary

I installed the Energy mounts when relocating the cab mount. Similar to what many others have found, the radiator support rubber isolators were trashed and the bolt was boring open the mounts pretty bad. I’ve been keeping an eye on them since and no issues with the poly mounts.

You’ll find lots of discussion if you do a search about whether or not to use the thicker mount on top or bottom. I used the thicker on top initially and it messed up my hood alignment. Switched to thinner on top without the big washer and that worked best.

I also purchased all new body mount nuts and bolts anticipating rust damage. A few were bad.
