What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Check out Toytec. They have people in shop to help you if you want to do anything other than a lift. I got mine there, but also added some more strength to the ass end so it could tow our trailer without so much sag. @Toytec Lifts i think I paid about the same with also doing the AAL. Not sure how much that added to the cost, but I totally love mine, and I’m glad I went with them. Good luck, and post up pics when you’re all done!

IMO

For less than $1300 Bilstein 6112 front/5100 rear, add a leaf rear.

Or

For much less $$, 5100 all around, aal rear.

 

Diamondback HD cover finally came in, and I wasted no time getting it installed. WooHoo!

 

So how was installation? Drilling?

Thanks man! Installation wasn't terrible. Took a little over an hour, and no drilling required. There's 4 C clamps holding the center section to the bedrails, and both ends are held in by these retracting metal rods. The system seems to work pretty well and I feel a lot better leaving stuff in the bed now.

Wait, popped out! I dismantled the entire center console.

 

Yeah, I thought I was gonna have to do that too. A little Googling beforehand, and I found out I could pull the head unit and reach down from the back.

My truck is an SR so no chrome anywhere. Now everything is red and black pretty much.
