So I changed my front brake pads on my 04 Tacoma and I got the air out of both lines and still don’t have any brakes. What did I do wrong?

Why did you mess with brake fluid at all?
Pads don't require any changes or bleeding to the brake fluid.

Is there any pressure at all on the pedal or does it sink to the floor?

Just changing the pads doesn't require bleeding the brakes. Did you have the line open for some other reason? And, if you bleed, you have to bleed them all.

I separated the caliper I didn’t realize until today that all you have to do is pull the pins out. But I didn’t bleed the back two lines just the front two. And yes it sinks to the floor.

Maybe the fluid is old and due for a change. Whatever. OP asking what to do here.

    OP - two things.

    1) You need to do a full bleed. Rear axle, then Brake Proportioning/Load Sensing valve, then front brakes.
    2) You need to properly bed in your brake pads. There are various ways to do this, so I'll let you search the internet for those and let you choose.

Pedal going to the floor is a sign of air trapped in the brake lines/system somewhere. Will need to bleed properly, not forgetting the LSPV either

I understand what OP was asking. There may have been diagnostic value in why the line had been opened in the first place. Maybe it had a leaky caliper. Maybe there was some other symptom not reported in the original post. When something unusual is done for the discussed job it's valuable to learn why.

Ok I’ll watch a couple of videos on how to bleed the lines and try it out. Thanks a lot.

If you think you're going to deal with brake fluid again and bleeding the system Russell speed blenders might be a good option. Relatively inexpensive and makes it easier for one person to do.
