Hit and miss! Took me awhile to figure out what temp and time I needed to cook chicken breast!

A little homemade fries pretty simple and easy.

    Cut potatoes
Soak in water for about 30 min
    Dry off
Toss in a little oil, salt, pepper etc
400 degrees roughly 15-20 min I toss fries about every 6 min or so to keep them from sticking and cook evenly

Sometimes you just want a bacon chili cheese dog and a beer. First use of my new air fryer came in handy. Wrapped the dog in mostly pre-cooked bacon and by the time condiments are ready and beer is poured the bacon is crispy and the dog is hot. Chili was made on the smoker posted in the smoker thread.

I had to take an unexpected day off due to my kiddo being sick so I thought I’d air fry me up some wings for lunch. After splitting them, I covered them in S&P and cooked them at 350 for probably close to 25 minutes. They came out crispy and juicy. I tossed them in homemade buffalo sauce and went to town.

Looks good! Planning on doing some wings this weekend for football, do you turn them during cook or leave them as is for the entire time?

since my air fryer is fairly small, I cooked these in 3 batches and 1 out of the 3 I flipped part way just to experiment as I usually don’t flip. I could not tell any difference personally. The key is to not overload the basket to allow plenty of air flow.

I have been seeing these Burger King commercials where they have cheesy tater tots or whatever.. now I have been inspired with a new experiment!

Great... now I am going to have to buy one of those GIANT cans of nacho cheese from Sam's or Costco to make it through this injection phase...

Nothing beats the fat kid I saw at Golden Corral in Texas....had a big pile of mac and cheese, (which is good by the way)...and he proceeds to the nacho cheese station and dumps on a healthy serving of nacho cheese OVER the Mac and cheese! I was literally in awe!
