Noticed truck is starting to make a clunking sound when turning right, coming from front right wheel well. Also, just hit 186k this weekend and I believe I still am on the original ball joints

Incoming dreaded lower ball joint failure? I need to investigate... :spy:

no, I haven't yet. I've been busy putting it back together (had brought it stripped of a lot of things to save some time to the bodyshop guys). Don't worry, I'll let you know when I'll post pictures :)

    https://www.wheeladapter.com/product/extended-wheel-studs-for-toyotas

These are OEM spec wheel studs, they are probably longer than you need but can easily be trimmed down to the correct length. I have bought a couple sets of these before, no issues.

They have sets of 12 as well if you're just doing the front.

CBI sliders, ADS extend travel with compression adjuster coil overs, 9” Bilstein 5125 rear shocks, Icon Tubular UCA, Alcan custom leafs, All Pro Apex bumper and skids, NWTI rear diy bumper, 295/70/17 Cooper St Maxxs and nitro 4.88s.
Could also be your tie rods. 186k I would consider swapping all the front in components with new. Upper/lower ball joint. Possibly bushings. Inner and outer tie rods. Possibly steering rack bushings.

I appreciate it but I already picked up some replacement bolts from McMaster online. They should hold up nicely. I also won't be able to use stock anymore because the welded nuts sheared off the inside of the bed.

I have always pressed the studs out, that way you're not hammering on your wheel bearing and ball joints. You can use a ball joint-type clamp to push them out.

You want to use a wheel stud installer tool to draw the new ones in, you can usually rent one at an auto parts store. I would use a disposable lug nut to do it as well if you're using an impact wrench.

I just replaced the wheel bearings and ball joints so maybe a press is the way to go. Ha.
