hi. i m so happy with my new 2019 tacoma offroad acces cab....it came with the 3fold toyota cover....
well i found a beautifle bedrack by thule....i had to buy the tacoma clamps to get it attached to the rails...and ...bum....trying to slide the clamps on the rails ....they hit the pins -mounted by toyota ,used to keep locked down the hard tonneaucover.....
my idea was ....drive most of the time with the cover...and when summer is around -take it off and mount the rack so i can enjoy the fun of kayaking and rowing shell boating.is anybody had this problem ...and found solution.
    thanks

You're going to have to find a different rack of some sort because those mounting pins. Those pins will have to be removed but if you aren't doing it but once a year then it shouldn't be that big of a deal to switch it out but that's up to you. Good luck.
