    Hey guys,

Im done with my Taco for a while but I am building an enclosed trailer to pit out of while Racing off road RC cards. Id like to put some rock lights under it. My question is, my trailer will have A/C power from a generator so can I wire the rock lights into the switch that turns the other exterior lights on or are most rock lights all direct current? Im not much of a wiring guy. Thanks in advance.

Well rock lights are 12v DC, the generator will produce 120v AC so short answer is no.

However they do make 120v AC compatible LED strips that you can run underneath the trailer for rock lights.

Just be sure to check the lights are waterproof, and the inline converter box is tucked away somewhere dry
