    Thanks all for a great forum!

    This site helped me decide which model to go with (Sport or OR), color, options/accessories ( what not to buy from dealer), what to ask them to throw in, price, financing, things to look out for TSB wise, etc. If more people did their research here first they'd have a much better dealer/buying experience.

    It's crazy how little the Toyota sales folks know about these trucks. I'm sure that's not the case everywhere but having been to Burian Toyota, Seattle Toyota, Bellevue Toyota, Bellingham Toyota I settled on Puyallup Toyota. Maybe not the cheapest but the sales guy seemed to know his stuff.

    Anyways thanks again for everyone who contributes to this forum.

    Welcome! I am new to the forum as well & I couldn't agree more with your post. I'm in the same boat waiting for my 2011 white DC TRD to show up... Great choice! Since making the decision to buy one and giving the dealer my deposit I've spent the majority of my time (free time & not-so-free time) crusing the TacoWorld forums and getting to know my new truck from the inside out. From my limited experience everyone on the site seems to be very friendly and knowledgable. For what it's worth, here are my plans for my truck when it arrives:

    -King coilovers
    -King rear shocks
    -Deaver mini-pack (3 leaf pack)
    -BFG MT's

    and waffling on wheels... I know I want black rims on the white truck, but I haven't landed on a specific set that I have to have. Keep in touch as you search for parts for your truck, I'd like to hear about what you do with it as our trucks will be identical from the factory. Will be fun to watch them evolve!
