06 throttle issues

So, it does not have the issue at all in 1st or 2nd gear?
It maybe a fuel pump issue.
These trucks use a resistor to control the fuel pump. (Resistor is used for low speed)
Under low to part throttle the pump is on low speed.
On high engine speed and high throttle the pump is on high speed. (Not using the resistor)

But, you say it is fine in 1st and 2nd gears.
And pretty much only at 3k RPM.
So I’m kind of stumped?
