Ok, we are suing our double cab as a family adventure rig. As you know that cab is tight with 5 of us. I’m trying to figure out how to maximize the interior space for our road trips. I keep seeing the ceiling space and wondering if there is a clever way to use that space? I know someone make a molle panel that goes across the back seat ceiling but it’s not cheap. Wondering what others are doing with that unused space? Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!

    Morale patches!

I don't want to use that space for stuff. It would be more dangerous than I'm comfortable with.

Here's an idea I came up with. It's a tailgate net that I attached to some angle iron and then I screwed that to the coat hanger mount.
I just use it to hold sleeping bags and pillows.

That one company makes the net that goes across (forgot the name) but honestly a little high priced for what it is for me

i have one of those on my 3gen and i'm not gonna say it's worth the price (if it can even fit for you). i have a rolled up blanket stuffed in it. that's about all i can justify, nothing with weight, it's not secure.
