Does anyone in the Bay Area have a shop they recommend for installing hidden light bar installs, wiring, etc? Thanks in advance.

There's always a local mod day option too! That said, I have no recommendations for shops. I did my own on my second gen and it was pretty easy, but I'm also pretty comfortable with that sort of thing.

I was pretty nervous to do my own truck as well when I added ditch lights. There's plenty of videos and tutorials on installing these things. But I second looking out for an upcoming mod day, that way you can get your hands dirty while someone teaches you how to do it as well.

I've reached out to Xtreme HID, SWAT customs, Dynamic Autoworks, and Klean-Ridez in the past. The quotes just vary so much and often seem like overkill.

Xtreme HID for sure has the best reviews though.

Mod days are a great way to get to know your local Tacoma community, learn new things, gains new skills, expand ones grasp on the ever evolving use of the “Fuck” and other great communal bonding tasks. Plus, people are usually willing to help you with projects big and small.

I follow these guys on IG. They are based in San Mateo. I don't have any experience with them personally but i think they are TW members.

Also, i bet a lot of the car stereo shops will be able to do your light bar install. You can find these shops along the east bay and the industrial areas of SJ near the flea market. I'm not talking about Best Buy etc..
