One of my first and favorite mods. I love having the garage door control in the mirror. No ugly box messing up my visor or battery worries.
Plus every time some dumbazz brights-loving jerk gets behind me the mirror just dims down to a nice dark green.

They Actually work quite well putting out a nice ambient amber camp light rather than a blinding white light. I can see everything under the awning and around the area perfectly clear in pitch black of night

Hooked up some really cheap light pods I got with my roof rack. They are ok for now I guess. First time wiring lights up so it works as a learning experience too.

So Toyota says my frame has medium rust. The 12-years extended warranty on the frame goes to July of next year for me. Since I won’t be driving in the salty winter roads of Utah anymore, what can I do to halt the rust? I don’t have a garage or access to a lift, so something I can do when it’s parked. I may still have to sell her come the new year, but if I don’t, want the truck to die of old age right along with me.

It’s pretty slick. I made a mount and put mine on top of the steering column but I like what you did better

Removed my rear bumper and brackets.
(now I could get my pass bed side fixed and replace my bed sill)
Picked up my new bumper from Toyota.
Lubed the splines on my driveshaft, no more "bump from behind" feeling when coming to a stop.
My 3 degree axle shims came in, I need to install them to see if that will fix my slow speed (20 MPH) vibration.
