Soft topper accessories?

So I am ordering a soft topper next week, getting the new bestop 2 as I like the way it looks better than the softopper.

But I am wondering if anyone has any attachments that they have found work well with the metal frames on these?
I am mostly looking for fishing stuff, kayak rack and lights to mount around the sides (inside)

 

I believe dissent offroad makes a rack, i just found out this past weekend about them.

 

Ive seen those, not 100% sure I want to put a cage around the topper though... I have to haul things that are too big for the topper sometimes, so I need the headroom.

When I say kayak racks, im looking for something like just bed bars that go inside the topper that can mount a kayak to.

OP, are you talking about accessories that still work with the bedrails when the soft top is on? Or are you talking about using the tubing that supports the canvas?

 

Attaching things to the poles mainly, but also kayak racks that would also fit inside the topper using a cross bar on the bed rails.

Ive seen fishing rod holders that attach to the inside of fiberglass toppers, im looking to see if there is something like that made of straps and velcro that can connect to the toppers polls.

Something like that wont work for me. I need to keep the full height of a open bed.

 

I get what you're saying and as far as I know there's no off the shelf options of any accessories. It would be neat though. You'll probably have to get crafty.

When I need to carry kayaks with my topper I just have them on the roof of the cab.

 

Well, I guess its time to buy a sewing machine...
