I also plan on adding a C4 Fab Low Pro Bumper w/o Bull Bar w/winch and a back rack with tent so I want to make sure the lift can take the added weight. I'm really leaning towards the Icon stage 4 setup. Any thoughts?

I'm in the same boat as you. What did you end up going with? Everything I've read suggest ICON or King. I also want 4" but again everything I've read says stick with 3". Curious where you ended up after this advice.
