Cam lean can cause it for sure. I shoot an RX-1. Hoyt added the stabilizing string at the bottom to keep the cam straight up and down. I only have just a hair of lean in the top cam and it shoots straight every time. When I bought it and my shop adjusted it I was getting left tears with bare shafts at first because the cam was too far off to one side.

The only thing the stabs ever helped me with was allowing me to relax the bow in between my fingers and keep the bubble on the sight level, which to me says I'm not torquing it. The left to right matters more on stability when you're talking stabs, you do want the bow to gently tip forward when you're arrow leaves and you follow through IMHO.

So since I had nothing to shoot at in the woods I took out my frustration
On my targets at the house from the deck.
    20 and 30 yards.
Hope I get a chance to do this when that buck makes an appearance again.
But then again the crossbow is coming out.

I ended up moving closer to that far timberline after lunch, cut it from 500 to 100 yards, still no luck today. Tomorrow brings new hope

Going out to look for my deer again this morning :rain: woke up at 230 and laid there thinking about it . The way the dog tracked it down hill then lost it behind my neighbors houses it makes no sense that we found one drop of blood over 100 yards away back up the hill away from the trail . I think the deer kept going into a standing corn field with a creek in front of it . :fingerscrossed:

Cagey fuckin animals those deer. Saw giant hoof prints cut through the frost, had to have been super fresh. Going to pick up an electric bike to cut the hike in so I can go before work this week
