Best headlights upgrade for 2012 Tacoma?

I would like to know if there is better headlight bulb to use on my 2010 Tacoma than my OEM stock bulbs. I’m concerned about the glare for oncoming drivers so do I need a different headlight assembly if I change bulb types?

Note that any aftermarket assembly will be a downgrade from stock in performance unless you are doing custom built retrofits.

Lots of good info there, but hes 2nd Gen.
