    I really like this beer AND it’s readily available too.... sure it’s no straight from the brewery fresh New England ipa but you can get it at the grocery store on your way fishing....

    Sounds like I need to do some more research. Rumor has it that SS Brewtech is coming out with a BIAB system also.

    I really like that High Gravity set up. Not a bad price for what you get. On to more reading I guess.

    The wife and I met some other friends at a relatively new brewery in Charlotte called Town Brewing Company. They won a gold at GABF this year for a Gose. Unfortunately they did not have that on tap. I did enjoy a hoppy saison, an amber, and a hazy. Pretty good beer with a great atmosphere.

    I enjoyed a Celebration while making up some al pastor pork to throw on the grill tomorrow. This year’s batch seems to be a bit more bitter than last year the best I can remember. Still great though.
