None as of yet, looking for ideas.
Ok so I bought a CBI Truck Bed Rack (TBR) knowing that it would not provide any type of clearance to the cab of my truck. I bought it anyway because at the time Victory Off-Road sold a part that I could add that would not only look good but provide the clearance needed. But after buying the CBI TBR, Victory Off-Road stop fabricating the part/s I wanted. So i did some research and could not find any viable solution that would make what I wanted to do feasible without trying to design and build something myself. One option I consider was selling the CBI TBR and buy a ARE Overland Cap. $2600 was a little to much for me.

So there I was watching a Last Line of Defense over second or third time, specifically the episode with Mike showing of the Diamondback Truck Bed Cover (TBC), and he was showing off his Front Runner custom set up for the Diamondback. There I was wondering if the Front Runner set up would work on the CBI TBR. I called Front Runner and ordered the set up. I was somewhat worried that this custom build under $500 would be the answer. The order came in and I was happy with the purchase.

I had to make two cuts and drill holes to match the CBI TBR holes in order to get this to work, and took maybe a hour to complete with a little help from a few friends.

So the next phase to this build will be to add 1/4" aluminum diamond plate as a base and platform under the Front Runner set up.

    I posted a few
