I suspect the light cut-off is more exacting than anything aftermarket so the point is moot. I personally have Cibie E spec and have been happy with them and haven't had any drivers flash me while running my low-beams.

i guess i never noticed lol, i just checked them out this afternoon sitting at a light and it seems to be two streams per nozzle, 4 total lines.
my wiper habits (i rarely use them, only in the winter pretty much) but most all of the time hit the sprayer WHILE in motion so the wind seems to present a sort of fan spray pattern that I always have found adequate enough
all this time i have been missing out on this

Rickyg2008- Found and bought it on FB marketplace within two hours of posting. Bought it from the second owner. She got it from the original owner last year- an older man that used it on his farm for 23 years.
How do I respond directly to your question?

The whole Europe is driving on the right side (same as US). The only country that drives on the left is UK but since the brexit they are no longer in Europe.

Stay away from similar design but for Japanese, Australia and Indian market - they are left side driving lights. And of course UK. But I never seen them being called E-cut. Even Indian Autopal lamps I have that are marked as E-cut are right side driving .

To be 100% sure read the marking on the glass. Avoid E11 (UK) and E24 (Ireland) - they are left hand driving. The best is E1 - Germany as they have the highest standards.

So the bottom line most of E-marked lights is compatible with US driving. Funny it is not DOT approved but it is much safer than DOT approved sealed beam.

You can use a little screwdriver or o-ring pick to click them up or down and aim where the spray hits on the windshield.
