Is there any kit to mount this between license plate and grill on 3rd gen?

Are you looking for 5 lights or full width? Full width one of the lower light bar mounting brackets should work. It gets more complicated if not wanting full width.

Numerous companies sell lower light bar mounts for the Tacoma. You just need enough lights to span the gap, like this:
    https://www.kchilites.com/vehicle/t...mount-system-for-05-15-toyota-tacoma-344.html

I'm not aware of any current product that will fit to just mount a smaller set in the lower grill. You could get a 32" behind the grill mount, then span it with a 32" cradle mount like the one below to create a mount platform the extends across the lower grill. You will need to drill/modify the cradle mount mounting points to be shorter so it fits closer.
    Edit: forgot link:
    https://www.auxbeam.com/70021879

I am working to get a lower grill mount platform made and hopefully make it available to others for mounting lights in the lower grill. The mount points will be just behind the lower grill opening. Might be ~month out before I can test/demo it.

I have two, 10” Baja Designs S8 bars in the lower opening of my truck. The lights are positioned so they are mounted on each side of my license plate.
All you need to do this is purchase a behind the grill mount (I went with Rago). Then, went to Home Crappot and purchased a 0.25”x 3’x 6” aluminum sheet. I calculated the total length of the bars from mount to mount, cut the sheet I bought and drilled two holes to be used as the spacer between each bar. Mounted one end of the bar to the Rago mount and the other side of the bar I bolted to the aluminum sheet. Overall, tha aluminum sheet is really just used as a support bracket.

I do not of the mount specifically. It is hard to see anyways since it is behind the grill anyways.

This is the best photo I have
