To be fair, most of the people it hurt the bottom line on itemized which we never have so maybe that's why it didn't affect my family, that or we're just more poor than I thought lol

 

To the average middle and lower class working people, it helped put more mulah on the paychecks.

For those with small businesses or who actually had itemized tax returns with substantial write offs (like trucks for a business) it made it more difficult/hurt.

And of course, the rich benefit no matter who is in office, so ya know, jolly be to them or something.

make sure you tell them that when they call asking for your support for the next election. That's what I usually do and then they don't call back for four years.

 

that’s what I did when Iowa state would call me asking for donations. I told them I’d think about it after I paid off my student loans. Then they said something about helping out others and I told them no one helped me out...

All these current rates will go up after 10 years, short term political strategy to stay in power and trick you in believing they are giving you tax breaks...and have whoever comes after deal with the shit show... while they, the rich, continue to benefit...

Y’all live in Missouri and have it fairly easy. My real estate taxes went up %12 this year and they are letting us know now that next year they’ll add another %20.
