The aggressive (Chimney Mountain) side of Tray Mountain is closed indefinitely, so best not have it on the itinerary.

GA traverse is definitely stock friendly and you will be able to avoid pin stripes! With east side of Tray Mountain closed, Charlie's creek is the hardest section.

Avoid Abe Gap road to coleman river road if you don't want any pin stripes. That is the only section that is overgrown because it is closed often (may be closed for you). You can easily go around it by just following the road you were on (Patterson Gap) instead of making a hard right into Abe Gap/Coleman River. You will see how overgrown it is pretty much right when you turn onto it if you do.

That place looks real calm and serene. Looks a lot like Talladega National Forest we have here. Man, if my schedule allows, I'd love to drive there on a Friday morning and leave out on Sunday morning. How long for us to get there @Brian422?
