Bent axle housing?

    I didn't have any specialty tools per se but I did have an entire machine shop at my disposal. haha

    The open diff I had sitting around and had no other use for it so I took it apart, I wouldn't recommend taking your diff apart if you plan to use it. You would need two set of rings machined, two to use in place of the bearings and two to use on the outside of the axle housing. If you found someone to do the machining for you, you would still need to source an I-beam or some strong steel tubing to wrap the chain around to place the jack and jack stands on.
