When I took a part my heater controller apart it was burnt.
Not sure how or why and not sure what to do next.
    Should I replace the controller?

    Thanks...IMG_0423.jpg IMG_0425.jpg

Yes and replace that burned connector also. If not it will do the same thing. Caused by a loose fitting terminal.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
probably not a bad idea to replace the controler (id go used, OEM new is expensive)
as for the terminal, get a repair terminal from toyota and repair the burnt one, and replace the plastic connector (should be a part number on it)
