The shake is due to the headlight assembly projector, not the bulbs.

They were actually very helpful and active on the forum, before they were bought out.

After buying the entire HID kit (with shakes), and buying replacement bulbs (with shake), I tend to agree with you.

I'm upset at myself for PURCHASING what I thought was a fix rather than any sort of warranty or support.

They'll have one last shot to make things right before I remove the kit and go with someone else.

The OEM bulbs would shake if it was the projector, correct?

You would think. I've tried the washers and the HID bulbs are in there so tight you'd swear something plastic was going to crack, and yet people still say they shake with the washers. And it affects seemingly all HID brands, it isn't just a single vendor. And while some may have an issue with a specific kit, someone else running the exact same kit in the same truck doesn't have the problem. Multiple vendors have come out and said it is a problem with the Tacoma light assemblies projector. Supposedly the shake isn't as noticeable with the halogen as the light intensity at the cut off is not as extreme. I don't have a 3rd gen to test drive with the issue, so I cannot say first hand, but I have looked at the lights and there is no way the HID capsules are moving in the bulb seat.

I don’t have any noticeable shakes and I do have to question, are some of these shakes caused by road conditions?

Yeah i'm not sure what everyone is talking about when they say shakes, are you guys hitting bumps and the lights are moving up and down? bc that's normal guys. When mine ran I never noticed any "shakes"

It only makes sense to me if the road is even slightly bumpy then that will transfer through the whole truck.

Yes shakes to bumps in road and off road, but has much more residual than the actual suspension of the vehicle.

Anyone tried the new LED bulbs
PHILIPS X-TREME ULTINON LED HEADLIGHT BULB???

Oops not those.... something new. I received an email a few months back from XenonDepot about an adjustable LED headlight that can be adjusted to mimic nearly exactly a halogen... I can't find it now.
