adding turn signal mirrors to my 2nd gen

I'm looking to add some mirrors with turn signals in them to my truck. I don't care for the heated part but the puddle lights would be cool too. I know i'll have to do some wiring and that most will fit but my question is; can i have a DRL in my mirror thats white while driving then when i turn on my signal they go to orange? has anyone done this? also what mirrors have y'all used for this? Link?

i got these for my 2014 that were direct plug and play. Only have blinkers on them, no heat or puddles, but I didnt care for either. Have worked great for the last year or so
