Well today started good but went to oh fuck in late afternoon and now it’s back to ok now that everything is done and fixed.

Than it went to oh fuck when one of the pumps got an air lock. Again....
Turned power off and took stuff apart to get rid of the air lock.

(One house and the condo are rental properties).
No car payments or anything.

It's noticeably tighter now that I don't subcontract anymore and Mrs Gritto retired from teaching.
At least she has her pension. I had to buy out her last year because she just couldn't continue.
But there's not much we want these days that we don't already have.


Next May when I sign up for Medicare I think I'll file for Social Security as well.
