    Hi TW,

Did a leak-down on my buddy's 98 3RZ Tacoma and cyl #1 and #2 exhaust valves are leaking and likely burnt (he never adjusted valves and I found the exhaust manifold was cracked so pretty safe to assume they are burnt).

Because he's on a strict budget, we're weighing our options with a DIY valve job vs. a local professional valve job vs. just buying a complete remanufactured head. Talking with local shops in our small town doesn't inspire much confidence so, TW:

Which internet supplier provides the good-est reman. head? I know who's got the best and the company I would go with for my trucks, but that's not in his budget. Who's got best bang for the buck?

    Thanks!

Finding the right company might be as simple as avoiding the bad ones.

Is APR Auto/ToyotaTruckEngine still a company to avoid? Some bad reviews from 2-5 years ago but maybe they changed their game?

Any word on Clear Water Cylinder Head out of Florida? Complete ready to run head is $650 including shipping and were the first to come up on a Google search.
