    No problemo.

    For what you're looking for, I'd recommend a Holosun red dot, with your choice of reticle. They run $200-300 and they are the cheapest I would go for a reliable optic. If you can afford it, I would go with Aimpoint or Eotech for a red dot. You could also look at low-power variable optics, too.

    I have a Burris MTAC 1-4x24 scope with illuminated bullet drop-compensated reticle. Basically, it's a red dot i can go up to 4x magnification and it has a BDC reticle for 55 gn. .223. It ran me $400, but in it's class you can find the Steiner P4Xi, Vortex Strike Eagle and the MTAC. Another, cheaper option, is the AR-223 series of scopes, but they're less durable.

    I'll have the MTAC on my ar15 next range trip so you can try it out.
