2017 Tacoma 43,000 miles - service recommendations

Hey folks.

What are you suggestions on maintenance for a 17 OR Tacoma, 2wd. We are at 43,200 approx. Need to go in for an oil change, but would like to know if a transmission flush or brake flush is needed? or what other maintenance is needed for preventive care?

Mostly city driving in Los Angeles, with the occasional dirt road in Big Bear and Lone Pine.

I’d do a drain and fill of the trans and replace the diff fluid. Pretty simple to do yourself.

 

The owners manual in the glovebox shows all the required maintenance you need done.

 

Do whatever the book says and whatever lets you sleep at night. Some people are necrotic about wanting to replace every fluid in their truck because it makes them feel better.
