Vibration when braking

    What about the front brakes? If the vibration only happens under braking, it almost surely has to do with the brakes. Drive shaft issue would vibrate all the time relative to RPM.
    Don't assume a dealer always does the job right. I can tell you from first hand experience they do not. Learn about your truck. Next time you do the brakes.

    I changed the wheel hub assembly on mine
    And fixed the problem
