What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Need help quick please?
I was about to swap out the brake light housing on the cab but have no idea how to remove. Got as far as taking the lense off so far.

 

Here’s some instructions I used. I saved them in my notes app.

 

twins!!! The lift is nice, really happy. I can definitely tell its not factory but it really is pretty darn close. The biggest ride change was transitioning into these geolander m/t's with them at 45psi. Definitely a bit harsher, but suspension itself while I was on stock wheels. Definitely on point!

Not much of a difference from -44 offset

 

Finished the LED headlamps swap.

 

New wheels. Also put on some Meso Puddle Lights.

 

Installed the Taco Garage Dashtop multi-mount. Sweet easy to install item. Very clean too.

I also put two of the TVD Vinyl "Blackout" stickers on the vent rings while I had the bezel out. I'll do the rest as I have time.

 

Had TSB-0112-19 performed today, to stop clutch petal squeak/creak. Under warranty. No charge.

I took the day off work today and got 2x mods done!!!
Thanks to N2, the remote start install was very straight forward. Also, replaced 3rd brake light with LED unit.

 

As it turns out your 3rd brake light unit looks very different than the one on my 2017 TRD OR. It turns out the replacement unit I got was a direct replacement. But thx for the quick response, appreciate that.

 

third brake lights are different between AC and DC.

 

I think an o-ring would seal it off. Either one on the outside or one that fit between the cluster face and the button.

 

Well that explains it.

 

Looks so much better I hate that piece in the center console the sun hits it and BAM! Right in the eyes
