Bed Stiffeners? Worth it or nah?

    Whats up with bed stiffeners? Some people say over time Tacoma's rear sheet metal channels crack over time and that these stiffeners are needed? True / False? Thoughts?

    ok thanks.. yea at most some bed racks or at most a camper shell.. im not an overlanding guy whos going to have jerry cans and rooftop tents loaded on my bed bars etc etc. just strap some surfboards to the roof and hit the beach lol

    I don’t think they are necessary, but the extra tie downs are really nice. I was against them, ‘til I got them, now I “need” them.
