Put my deposit down a few weeks ago. Picked her up yesterday with 4 miles and a full tank of gas.
20 - Cement - Long Bed - OR - Premium Package, Tech Package, and LED headlights. Could not be happier! window sticker was 44,612. I drove away at 42,900$ with tax, title, and custom plates!

Just the Tech package. From my understanding the only thing I do not have is the Multi terrain Camera system, I wanted it at first but wasn't really a deal breaker. After seeing the quality of the camera system, I'm okay without it!

Oh, i thought they used the same camera that has been on the tailgate all along? I think that quality is fine after tweaking the settings. As good as my Lexus.

But that is the only difference between Tech and Advanced Tech? Thank you!

    All of this ^^^^^^ TRUTH!

Only thing you forgot was something like this:

    https://www.jdpower.com/cars/trucks/10-most-popular-trucks

The main reason it's not higher is due to fleet sales for the first four.

However, it is the number one non-domestic truck sold in the USofA.

Sales for all manufacturers dropped this year for the first time in decades. Led mostly by the publics interest in EV. The Tacoma dropped the least though.

When I go to buy, I will use this information as ammo if I feel they are holding back on me.

Paid 41,800. They had the exact configuration I wanted so I had to jump on it.

Advanced tech , premium package, and leather.

$41,800 out the door seems great, what was the MSRP and your tax rate?

I got an internet price for $39,000 that the dealer said they'd honor if I walked through the door. MSRP is $42,722, 2020 TRD OR 4x4 DCSB in Cement, exactly what I want. Major options include the basic tech package, LED headlights, and premium audio/climate control. ~8% off MSRP seems pretty good to me, should I take this offer or keep shopping around? Hoping to make a purchase on Saturday.

Just picked up my new 2020 OR Voodoo DCSB (I quickly picked up the "Taco" lingo), it's sticker price was $45,436 with all the options.. Premium OR Package, Adv Tech Package, LED Head/Fog lights, etc and was able to talk them down to $41,866.... I think I got a good buy on it. My sales guy was really awesome, the accessories I did not want but were already on the truck they just gave to me for free like the roof rack that was $400+

I'm thinking about using this service again.

    https://fightingchance.com/

It worked when I bought my Tundra back in 2012.

I was able to get a new 2019 Tacoma SR Double Cab 2.7L 4x2 with the convenience package for $22K, and around $25K out the door. I waited until the last day of a month where they hadn't had any big sale events earlier on, and were probably wanting to hit their numbers. The new Rangers had also recently come out, and I'd mentioned I was interested in looking at those to the salesman, and might have to come back a few days later to decide. I was also ready to walk away and think about it some more, and each time he would lower the price a little more. I live in the Dallas - Fort Worth area, and there's also a ton of competition with car dealers.

But to be honest, I think it was mostly because it was a base model that nobody else wanted, and had probably been sitting on their lot for a while. It's what I was wanting though. Sun visor mirrors and adjustable speed windshield wipers are over-rated!
