This being my first Toyota, most of my previous experience is a couple hundred thousand miles in Silverado/Tahoe IFS 1500s. I'm hoping that the ball joints and rod ends on this Tacoma prove to be a bit more durable than the GM stuff. My daily drive includes 14 miles of high speed dirt (mine access road). As in 45 mph on washboard and bumps. To go any slower is to not go with the flow.

Can I expect these non-greaseable components to last 100k? More?

If your tires are near stock size yes they should last quite a while.

FWIW I just replaced my LCA’s last week due to the bushings being seized. The ball joints were in good condition with no rips or tears in the boots. 115k on the clock.

Stock size Blizzak winter tires at the moment. I'll drive in 4-hi for most of the next five months.
