2000 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 a/t 4x4 SR5 ext cab Alternator ?

This is my 1st post , I Have owned this truck since it was new its my daily driver it has 271k miles on it the oem alternator lasted for 17 years it finally went bye bye . So I bought a o"rielly aftermarket alt , 2 years ago and last Wednesday it over heated and melted the rear plug , they warrantied the alternator the regulator was bad but the plug was wasted but the wires were ok there are three wires yellow , Red and White my problem is the new plug I bought has red, green and black wires . I want to be sure and hook these up right . I've searched the web for two days and couldn't find much could some one look at there alternator and tell me from the passenger side of the alternator what the color of the wires are from passenger side to drivers side, I need to get this fixed as I had to rent a car and its a pos Mitsubishi suv Thanks in advance ,Robb

 

solved I found a picture of the back of the alternator with the plug , I hooked up my wires like this from passenger side to drivers side yellow to red ....red to green .....white to black , put the battery in it,,, it started right up full power out of the alternator under load with all the lights ac fan everything on ,I am so relived now I can take this pos Mitsubishi back
