2005 Tacoma wiring harness issues

I am running an 8 pin wiring harness. New led trailer lights and new wires. Everything was working fine and then blew a fuse. Replaced it and rocked on for quite a while. Now, the only light I have is the yellow side running lights. No brake lights, no turn signal, no running lights on the rear. Everything works fine on the truck itself. Took a grounding light and checked all the pins on the harness. Only hot pin is the side running lights.

I have checked all the fuses in the engine compartment, behind the accessory panel by the drivers left knee.

I have run out of things and places to check. I feel like its a fuse somewhere but don't know where else to look.

Suggestions?
