I have a 2017 trd off-road 4wd with 80k miles. Yesterday while on our farm the fuel line broke and I had to be towed back home. I was wondering if anyone else has run across this in a gen 3? The Toyota dealership said it would be Tuesday before they could get the parts to fix it. But I’m wondering if this is something I should go directly to Toyota about since my truck isn’t very old. If anyone has run across this let me know what you did and maybe how much it was for a repair. If anyone has connections with Toyota that would be great also.

No point in chasing a warranty claim, you'd never be able to disguise the cause. It's not common, but keep the invoice in case one day it somehow becomes a major recall.
